After over two years living aboard, I’ve finally found a good springboard recipe for snack bars. They will likely never be the same twice, but it is good to have the recipe on hand. Sometimes typed proof that a homemade healthy snack only needs a few  ingredients and very little time makes me feel good. I researched recipes on the internet, but as usual, I made changes and substituted with what we had aboard at the time. The key seems to be making them without added sugar of any sort. They are delicious and we can taste the natural sweetness of the banana.
